550-620nm fluorescence bandpass filter
550-620nm fluorescence filter is a key component used in biomedical and life science instruments. Its main function is to separate and select the characteristic band spectrum of excitation light and emission fluorescence of substances in biomedical fluorescence inspection and analysis system.
The typical characteristics of fluorescence filter are deep cut-off depth, low spontaneous fluorescence, and good transmission surface shape, which is conducive to the extraction of fluorescence imaging. Therefore, a better fluorescent filter uses a single piece of colorless and transparent glass as the substrate, and coatings are coated on both surfaces of the glass. Compared with the conventional fluorescent filter with multiple glued or color glass assisted cut-off, the single-chip fluorescent filter has obvious advantages in fluorescence imaging, but the cost is high due to the high difficulty of making the single-chip fluorescent filter.
