Fluoride optical crystal products include calcium fluoride (CaF2), barium fluoride (BaF2), lithium fluoride (LiF) and other alkaline earth metal ion fluoride crystals. The light transmission range of this series of crystals covers 0.11~12.5 μ m. It is an excellent ultraviolet and infrared optical material. It is widely used in infrared window, optical lens, prism, wave plate, objective lens and other optical applications.
Calcium fluoride (CaF2) has good mechanical strength and moisture resistance, high transmittance in 0.13um~11um wave band, and is used in laser, infrared, ultraviolet and high-energy detection fields. It is an excellent material for making optical prism, lens, window piece and other optical components. Its operating temperature can reach 600 ℃ under atmospheric pressure and 800 ℃ under vacuum drying. Barium fluoride (BaF2) is widely used in infrared window, ultraviolet window and prism. Lithium fluoride (LiF) is a material with high transmittance in the vacuum ultraviolet region. It is widely used to manufacture optical windows, lenses, prisms and refractive elements in the UV-visible and infrared fields.
