Dichroic filters can be used to transmit wavelengths longer than the starting wavelength or shorter than the cut-off wavelength. It is divided into long wave pass filter and short wave pass filter. Dichroic spectrograph can be used in fluorescence excitation spectrum analysis, beam separation, beam combination and other occasions.
